The 2011 Peace River Film Festival celebrates its inaugural year with a focus on short films and videos. We’ll kick off the festival Friday, Sept. 9 by awarding a Lifetime Achievement Award to Michael Uslan, creator and Executive Producer of the BATMAN film franchise, as well as and numerous other film projects. The second day program will be selections from the Black Maria Film Festival. The third day program will feature Florida shorts in a Youth and Open Division. This will be followed in the evening by a program of Open Shorts.
